Rather than applying a bandaid fix to resolve speed problems we tackle the root cause as fast as we can to ensure that customers get the best value for money we can provide. With that in mind we installed a new high performance http web server on the 19th of October 2007 and thus far it has proved to be a big success.

The machine will be dedicated to dynamic web sites. The load will be further reduced when static sites, that is sites made up of pure html pages, are moved to a dedicated server freeing up this new one to serve up dynamic pages.

A month or two earlier, as part of our commitment to clients, we installed a new Mail Server. SPAM has been reduced by 80% across all our E-mail Clients. The new Mail Server also gave us access to Web Mail facilities which means that clients can read their E-Mail from any where in the world without having to configure an E-mail clients (such as Outlook Express).

More upgrades are planned for 2008 because we want to offer you the best service we can.
